Quality of Life update (Horde Testing)

"Hey Islanders, Shortly we will be deploying a build that introduces several fixes to ongoing bugs and putting up two ST servers. The best kind of horde test is an unscheduled horde test. There will be additional roll-outs after this once we've resolved some of the lingering issues that requires a larger group for testing. Gateway has a few new areas. East Plains remains ominously untouched for the moment. We've adjusted the lighting so that it is brighter during weather events. Daylight's lighting during weather sets feels good, but night's weather presets are still under construction. We're also working to optimize performance and this patch should finally resolve the audio stutter. Due to limited server availability we will not be pinging the entire discord with this announcement. - Moved Deinosuchus spawners to water only

- Bees now play the pulse audio for large and small targets

- Fixed deinosuchus corpse shake not working in water
- Fixed issue that caused players to sometimes spawn in a tree or rock
- Fixed AI corpses despawning too soon
- Fixed impact animations sometimes not playing for all clients
- Fixed ceratosaurus threaten call sometimes getting cutoff.
- Fixed walk/crouch footstep audio sometimes playing footstep trot audio
- Audio stuttering should no longer occur
- Fixed charge damage not being reset
- Setting weather with the admin panel will no longer cause undesired abrupt weather changes
- Fixed juvenile dilophosaurus grab montage repeating
- Fixed water splash sometimes not triggering
- Fixed lunge shake slide
- Fixed random footstep in Hypsi slide
- Fixed audio issues with deinosuchus juvenile lunge body impact
